Commemorating The Ruddles Station Massacre, an evening ceremony
Placing Flags and Flowers at the graves of Revolutionary War Patriots interred at The Lexington Cemetery. Muster time 10:00am, ceremony, walk starts at 10:30am.
Assisting the DAR in the rededication of the Revolutionary War Memorial Monument in front of the courthouse. Color guard muster at 3:00pm, ceremony at 4:00 pm with musket salute. Contact Patrick Wesolosky for color guard info. The ceremony and monument are in front of the courthouse on Main Street.
Walking in the Lexington Fourth of July Parade with the DAR and SAR
The Mt. Sterling Independence Day Celebration promises to be a great event. Gate to the High School Football Stadium open at 4:30pm, festivities start at 5 pm.
