DESCRIPTION:The 250th Anniversary of the Founding of Fort Boonesborough\nTo celebrate the founding of Fort Boonesborough in 1775 there will be daily portrayals of Boonesborough “Firsts”\, pioneer demonstrations\, speakers\, book signings with authors\, period vendors\, period music\, pioneer and Native American camps and much more. There will be food trucks and shuttles to the Fort Replica. This event will be held along the Kentucky River near the original fort site.
